Refund Policy
Effective Date: August 16, 2026

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains when you are eligible for a refund on purchases made through lineandlettertraininglibrary.com (the "Site"), operated by Line and Letter Training Library ("Line and Letter," "we," "us," or "our"). This Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms and Conditions. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms and Conditions.

Site Member Access is free and is not a purchase, so this Policy applies only to paid Mastery Track course enrollments.

2. Mastery Track Refund Eligibility

2.1 General Rule: No Refunds Once a Course Has Started
Mastery Track courses are digital training products delivered on a 30-day or 90-day Enrollment Window. Because content, assessments, and instructor time are made available to you immediately upon enrollment, we do not offer refunds once a course has started.

2.2 What Counts as "Started"
A course is considered started at the earliest of the following:

-
You access, view, download, or open any course material, case study, examination, micro-learning session, training tool or guide, or precedent case within that course; or
-
Twenty-four (24) hours have passed since your enrollment was confirmed, whichever occurs first.
This means you have a narrow window after purchase, before you open any course content, during which a refund may be available under Section 2.3. Once you access any part of the course, or the 24-hour period lapses, the course is treated as started and is no longer refund-eligible.

2.3 Requesting a Refund Before a Course Has Started
If you have not yet accessed any course content and it has been fewer than 24 hours since enrollment, you may request a refund by contacting us using the information in Section 6. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a commercially reasonable time, typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

3. Exceptions

Notwithstanding Section 2, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund outside the standard eligibility window in the following circumstances:

-
A verifiable technical failure on our end prevented you from accessing course content you paid for during its Enrollment Window;
-
You were charged in error, including duplicate charges;
-
A course was cancelled, discontinued, or materially altered by Line and Letter after your enrollment and before the Enrollment Window closed;
-
A refund is required under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
To request an exception, contact us within a reasonable time after the issue arises, using the information in Section 6, and describe the circumstances. We may request supporting information, such as screenshots or error messages, to evaluate your request.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

The following are not eligible for a refund under this Policy:

-
Failure to complete a course, or any part of it, within its Enrollment Window;
-
Dissatisfaction with course content after it has been accessed, unless an exception in Section 3 applies;
-
Change of mind after a course has started;
-
Failure to pass an examination, assessment, or capstone;
-
Loss of access due to violation of our Terms and Conditions;
Site Member Access, as it is provided free of charge.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us using the information in Section 6 with your order confirmation or receipt, the name of the course, and the date of purchase. We will review your request and respond within a commercially reasonable time, generally within 5 business days.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

6. Legal Exceptions

This Refund Policy does not override rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws. Where required by law, refunds will be issued in accordance with statutory obligations.
