Purchase or membership access grants a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these materials within the purchasing organization only. For purposes of this license, "purchasing organization" means the single legal entity that completed the purchase or holds the active membership. Affiliated entities, subsidiaries, parent companies, and franchisees are not included unless separately licensed.

The materials may be reproduced, distributed, and adapted internally for non-commercial business purposes within the purchasing organization, provided that:

The copyright notice remains intact
The materials are not altered in a way that removes attribution
The materials are not presented as original work created by the user

External distribution is strictly prohibited. The materials may not be:

Shared outside the purchasing organization
Forwarded to individuals not employed by the purchasing organization
Uploaded to public or third-party platforms
Resold, sublicensed, or redistributed in any form

Unauthorized distribution constitutes a violation of copyright law.

No notification of updates is guaranteed, and continued use of prior versions is at the user's sole risk.
