Refund Policy

Line and Letter Training Library provides access to digital training content through a subscription-based platform. Because access to training materials is granted immediately upon purchase, the following refund policy applies.

All subscription fees are non-refundable. Once a subscription is activated, users receive immediate access to digital training content, and no refunds or credits are provided for:

Cancellation after billing
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time to prevent future billing. Access to training content will end immediately upon cancellation or expiration of the subscription.

2. Digital Content Access
Training videos, recorded instructions, and digital materials are considered delivered at the time access is granted. As such, refunds are not provided once access to content has been made available.

3. Billing Errors or Unauthorized Charges
If you believe you were charged in error or experienced unauthorized billing, please contact Line and Letter Training Library promptly using the contact information below. Legitimate billing errors will be reviewed and addressed in accordance with applicable law.

4. Service Interruptions
