These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Line and Letter Training Library training website, including all related content, subscriptions, courses, materials, and services (the “Platform”). By accessing, purchasing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

1. Use of the Platform

The Platform provides professional, educational training related to human resources, compliance, leadership, and organizational decision-making. All content is provided for educational purposes only.

Access to training content is granted solely to individual subscribers and is limited to the duration of an active subscription or authorized access period.

You agree to use the Platform in a lawful manner and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access the Platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.

Account sharing, transferring access, or permitting others to use your account is strictly prohibited.

3. Subscription Access and Billing

The Platform operates on a subscription basis. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms are disclosed at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, access to training content will terminate immediately upon cancellation or expiration.

No refunds are provided for partial billing periods or unused subscription time unless otherwise required by law.

4. Content Access and Restrictions

All training videos, recorded instructions, and platform content are provided on a view-only basis. You may not:

Download, copy, record, reproduce, or distribute training videos or recordings
Share access credentials or content with any other person or organization
Use training materials for group instruction, organizational training, or commercial purposes without written authorization

Downloadable materials, such as templates, checklists, or reference guides, are provided only where expressly indicated and are licensed for individual professional use.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including videos, text, graphics, materials, trademarks, and logos, is the intellectual property of Line and Letter Training Library or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership or license rights beyond the limited access expressly provided.

8. Termination of Access
